Few and great-quality ingredients come together to create a thin, crispy crust with a warm, stretchy, cheesy center. That contrast is what makes it surprisingly rich and different!

We are Thiago & Julia, a brazilian foodie couple who love discovering new landscapes, cultures and tastes. During our adventures, one question kept following us: how come Cheese Bread, loved by so many people, is still barely known to the world?
Not an Ordinary Bread is a true Brazilian classic, made with Swiss cheese. So we are here to put this irresistible snack where it belongs: ON THE BIG STAGE!
Our mission is to make it Europe's next grab-and-go favourite, right up there with croissants, pretzels, empanadas... And most importantly, bring a unique flavour (and joy!) with every bite.
